A free spirit that can’t be tamed
Organic Coco Soul started with a simple frustration: too many “natural” drinks on the shelf that were anything but. Concentrates, added sugars, preservatives — all hidden behind a palm tree on the label. We decided to do it properly.
We challenge conventions and dare to break the mould. Every carton we make begins with young green coconuts grown to organic standards — no synthetic pesticides, no synthetic fertilisers, no GMOs. We select only coconuts at their peak, never mature ones, because that’s where the flavour and the natural electrolytes live. Hawaiians call coconut milk “the dew from heaven” — we agree, and we refuse to mess with it.
From our home in Melbourne we’ve grown into supermarkets across Australia — Coles, Costco, IGA and beyond — without ever compromising on the rule that got us started: nothing added, nothing taken away.
From grove to carton
Everything starts with fruit selection. We use only young green coconuts holding between 200ml and 1000ml of water — the stage where the water is naturally isotonic and the flesh is at its creamiest. Mature coconuts never make the cut; that’s a rule, not a preference.
Those coconuts are grown to organic standards: no synthetic pesticides, no synthetic fertilisers, no GMOs and no ionising radiation. What comes out of the coconut goes into the carton — our coconut water carries its natural minerals, including calcium, iron, magnesium and zinc, with more potassium than four bananas and nothing added to “improve” it.
The carton matters as much as what’s in it. We pack every drink in scientifically developed, multi-layered packaging that is completely BPA-free — which is how we keep everything fresh and shelf-stable without preservatives. No concentrates at any step: what you pour is what the coconut made.
